Truth Isn’t on Paper — It’s Proven in the Field.
At Verita Global, we believe that real food safety isn’t confirmed through documents alone. It’s validated through hands-on inspection, real-time diagnostics, and direct engagement with production sites. Paperwork may meet regulations, but only fieldwork reveals risks, gaps, and opportunities for true improvement. That’s why we go beyond checklists — to see, touch, and evaluate what really happens on the ground. Because trust isn’t granted by certification seals, it’s earned through action and presence.

Greetings,
I’m David Cho, CEO of Verita Global.
As our name suggests, Verita Global is founded on the principle of truth — Veritas — which we believe is the foundation of trust in the food system.
Our work goes beyond testing and certifying the safety and quality of food. We exist to build bridges of trust between producers, consumers, markets, and regulatory bodies.
A single meal on the table takes a long and complex journey — from the farm to processing, distribution, storage, and retail. At any point in that journey, a minor oversight or lapse in control can put consumer health and safety at risk. Verita Global was created to manage that entire process with objective, science-based verification, ensuring risk is prevented before it begins, and trust is maintained from field to fork.
We are deeply experienced in international food safety standards such as Global GAP, HACCP, and ISO 22000, and we provide practical, on-site solutions tailored to the real conditions of each farm, factory, or exporter. Through traceability systems and risk assessments, we help businesses identify root causes and respond before problems arise.
However, we believe that food safety is not just about technology or compliance. Even with the most advanced tools and protocols, true safety cannot be achieved without honesty, responsibility, and ethical conduct. That is why Verita Global emphasizes not only the outcome of verification but also the transparency and integrity of the process itself — this is the true meaning behind our name.
We also hold sustainability as one of our core values. Whether it’s promoting eco-friendly farming, reducing chemical inputs, or minimizing carbon footprints, we believe the future of the food industry depends on responsible production and distribution. Verita Global is not a short-term certifier — we strive to be a long-term partner in building a healthy and sustainable global food ecosystem.
We will continue to uphold our five core values — Precision, Safety, Trust & Certification, Global Standards, and Sustainability — and grow as a leading voice in food safety worldwide.
For us, verification is more than a process — it’s a promise.
And that promise is built, every day, through action in the field.
Thank you.
